We are Bulgaria’s leading e-commerce provider for handmade caricatures and portraits, and our products delight clients in more than 17 other countries.

We are actively growing and our next goal is to increase orders 14 times. The main markets where we aim to grow our brand exposure further are: Bulgaria, USA, UK, Germany and Australia, and we are planning a series of localizations for new markets. We have created and are managing over 10 websites and their respective social media pages in various languages.

What you’d be doing as a Talent Partner:

  • Leading the entire recruitment process – from job add creation and posting, to preselection of candidates, coordinating and participating in interviews to extending offers
  • Representing the company in career fairs, networking events and other activities related to employer branding
  • Researching and implementing creative ways for finding and attracting top talent
  • Participating in HR projects 

You’d be a fit for this role if:

  • Уou have 2+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Ýou’re passionate about building a career in recruitment and HR in general
  • You’re fluent in spoken and written English
  • You’d like to have the freedom to test, implement and optimize different recruitment tools and methodologies 
  • You’re ambitious, self-motivated, autonomous and you like working in a dynamic environment
  • You are a fast learner and you like having variety in your workdays
  • You’re determined to complete every task in the best possible manner

  • You excel at communicating with different stakeholders – you’re able to quickly break the ice and build relationships
