Proudly operating in Bulgaria, Germany, Australia, the USA and the UK, we have ambitious plans to expand to Canada, Poland, the Czech Republic, New Zealand, the UAE, Cyprus, Israel, Greece, and the Netherlands. However, to succeed, we need a motivated and passionate expert like you to join our team.

🌟Boost our sales growth by 50% in the next 3-6 months
🌟Multiply our sales worldwide by x14, creating x14 more exceptionally happy customers within 2 years.

🚀We need your help to:  

• Optimise a 6-figure budget per month and execute a marketing strategy for one performance marketing channel while supervising the execution of the others
• Effectively supervise external contractors across Europe, Asia, and North America by establishing clear goals, controlling results, and resolving underperformance
• Plan and control the optimization of multilingual campaigns across all channels to maximise ROI
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis of KPIs
• Drive international expansion of the business by executing and monitoring financial and marketing strategies for entering new markets and leveraging opportunities

🌟 If you:

• Have 2+ years experience in end-to-end campaign setup for any of the following channels: SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Email marketing or Affiliate marketing, preferably within the e-commerce industry or marketing agencies
• Have hands-on experience in ad campaigns for foreign markets like UK, USA, Germany, Australia or other countries
• Are keen on implementing data analysis systems from scratch with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Google Data Studio, MS Power BI or equivalents
• Are known as a data wizard, effortlessly spotting hidden opportunities and trends within the numbers
• Always engage in experiments and know how to leverage the results for valuable insights
• Feel confident to effectively manage international contractors in English
