🔍What You Will Do: 

As an Online Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer inquiries and transforming them into sales via multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
• Developing and optimizing sales scripts to improve our customer experience and increase conversions
• Optimizing and updating website content, including texts and pricing, to ensure optimal sales performance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
• Developing and maintaining high standards for customer service and ensuring that these standards are consistently met by the team

🌟 What We Are Looking For: 

• 1-3 years of experience in sales within the e-commerce industry
• Proficiency in English, with other languages being a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers, gain their trust, and establish a loyal customer base
• Passion to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with digital marketing, website optimization, and product positioning
• Any experience in team management and leadership
