To ensure sustainable growth and maintain full control of our financial operations, we are looking for YOU – a driven financial specialist passionate about accuracy, process optimization, and delivering actionable insights.

Expected Result:

Maintain control over the company’s financial and material assets to maximize their value and ensure accurate, real-time financial data is available for decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Financial Documentation: Ensure accurate processing, verification, and archiving of all primary financial documents (invoices, payments, and related records). Deliver all necessary data to the accounting department for bookkeeping.
• Conduct Financial Planning: Maintain and update the payment calendar weekly, prioritize payments, and reconcile income and expenses to ensure smooth cash flow management.
• Prepare Financial Reports: Regularly create and analyze Cash Flow, P&L, and other financial reports. Present insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Optimize Financial Processes: Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, reduce costs, and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Support department heads and other teams by providing precise financial data and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.

This Position is Suitable for YOU if:

• You have hands-on experience and willingness to work with primary documentation.
• You have proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• You possess strong skills for interpreting and analyzing P&L and Cash Flow reports.
• You’re analytical and detail-focused, and highly organized to ensure compliance with deadlines and standards.
