That’s why we are looking for YOU – a driven Junior Financial Analyst, ready to embark on a journey where we will build, grow and learn together. ⭐🎯

Starting with a role that mixes managerial and specialist tasks, you’ll gain an inside perspective of business and financial operations, paving the path for your evolvement to a future CFO.
Your mission: To make an impact in our strategic expansion across Bulgaria and international markets by enhancing our financial system and helping the organization to analyze the past and forecast the future effectively.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Actively participating in the development of financial models and forecasts to fuel our international expansion and strategic initiatives;
• Involving in regular financial reporting (PnL, Cashflow & Balance) and operational metrics tracking to identify trends and opportunities for growth;
• Collaborating with top and department managers by providing actionable financial insights through comparative analyses and hypothesis testing;
• Attending strategic meetings, contributing to the development and execution of strategies;
• Involving in Revenue and Expense Planning on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis;
• Organizing and monitoring routine financial operations – ensuring accurate and timely recording of all transactions, monitoring receivables and payables, etc.;
• Organizing and moderating weekly financial planning sessions with company’s managers.

⭐ If you have:

• Recently graduated or you’re graduating soon with solid understanding of Financial Analysis, Reporting, Forecasting, Statistics, Economics (Any practical experience (0-2 years) being a strong plus.);
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and derive actionable insights;
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in your work.

🌟 Bonus Points if You Have:

• Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms, or a strong willingness to learn;
• Flexibility to work from our office based in Sofia occasionally (once a week/twice a month).
