Our mission in Caricature24™ is simple: to help as many people around the world as possible make their loved ones happy through the gift of a personalized, hand-drawn caricature. We are proud to operate in Bulgaria, Germany, Australia, the United States, and the UK, with ambitious plans to expand to Canada, Poland, the Czech Republic, New Zealand, the UAE, Cyprus, Greece, and the Netherlands.

As our Global Partnerships & Sales Coordinator, you’ll manage our partnerships with international online gift stores, strategically positioning our unique, hand-drawn caricatures on their platforms. You’ll be at the forefront, laying the foundation, and crafting strategies from scratch as we delve into unexplored territories. Expect a rollercoaster ride of challenges and triumphs, where each day presents an opportunity to learn, innovate, and overcome obstacles.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential partners; evaluating and rating the potential of the stores;
  • Preparing partnership proposals (offers) and establishing contact;
  • Conducting negotiations and finalyzing agreements;
  • Collaborating closely with partners to assist them in increasing sales performance;
  • Providing dedicated support to help partners meet their weekly and monthly sales targets, offering actionable insights and ideas for improvement.

⭐ If you:

  • Have bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Development, Entrepreneurship or related fields. Any practical experience is a plus;
  • Have proficiency in English (B2 or higher) with any other language being an advantage;
  • Are known as a data wizard, effortlessly spotting hidden opportunities and trends within the numbers;
  • Enjoy initiating conversations, building new connections, and consistently seeking win-win solutions;
  • Are always eager to tackle new challenges and fearlessly start from scratch, overcoming the obstacles along and achieving the final result.
